We are looking to glean a better understanding of producing pre-fabricated units on a mass development, say 10-20 units initially with aim to roll out a range of 2, 3 & 4 bed dwellings on site with 100+ units.
We are looking into alternative means to traditional building on our housing developments with qualification of £450 per sqm build costs? Can pre-fabricated units be adapted to our existing design portfolio or are there fundamental differences that need to be considered.
We would like to establish what level of site preparation is required by the main contractor? Possibly discuss foundation options and see examples of how schemes have been developed on mass from a vacant site?
